-2 csésze víz
-1 nagy hagyma - apróra szecskázva
-2 nagy sárgarépa - karikázva
-1 fehérrépa (paszternák) - karikázva
-1-2 babérlevél
-késhegynyi fehér bors
-2 szegfűszeg - apróra vágva
-2 teáskanál apróra vágott koriander levél (petrezselyem)
-4 tk zsiradék - pálmazsír
-2 kis darab fahéj

Elkészítés módja

A lencsét a vízzel és babér levéllel puhára főzöm - elég hamar megvan ha beáztattuk. Kis zsiradékon megpiriítom a répákat, majd beleöntöm a lencsét, majd a többi hozzávalót. Készre párolom. Pár perc alatt megvan, amíg összefőnek az ízek.
